• Prior to founding NeuReality, Moshe served as Director of engineering at Marvell and Intel, leading complex Wireless and Networking products to mass production. He also served as AVP R&D at DesignArt-Networks (later acquired by Qualcomm) developing 4G base station products.
• He holds BSEE from the Technion, Israel, Cum Laude.
• Moshe runs marathons to free the mind.

• Tzvika served as VP of Backend at Mellanox technologies. With a focus on improving methodologies and execution, Tzvika led complex advanced node integrated circuit solutions through the backend process to mass production.
• He holds BSEE from the Technion, Israel.
• Tzvika plays Tennis vigorously.

• Yossi served as senior director of engineering at Mellanox technologies, leading their first smart NIC SoC project. Prior to that, he was responsible for many generations of EZChip network processors (specifically designed for Cisco high end routers).
• He holds BSEE from the Technion, Israel.
• Yossi has a passion for soccer and cars.

Hiren is a seasoned technology and investment leader, having served as VP and GM of Data Center & Communications Infrastructure at GlobalFoundries, and previously as VP at Intel Capital and Managing Director of AI, IP & Silicon Products.

• He holds an MSEE from Stony Brook University and a BSEE from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda.
• Hiren has a passion for extreme hiking and scaling new heights.

• Lior was co-founder and Chief Scientist of ParallelM, a leader ML-Ops company. Prior to that he held the distinguished Fellow role at PMC Sierra and was on the founding team of Passave, a FTTH silicon company.
• He holds MSEE & BSEE degrees from Tel Aviv university, both Cum Laude.
• Lior has a passion for basketball and reading

• Itay spent his career in the semiconductor industry, most recently as VP, Engineering at Celeno (acquired by Renesas), leading a 120+ person engineering group with deep expertise in hardware-software integration.
• He holds an MBA in Big Data & AI from Reichman University and a BSC in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Tel Aviv Academic College of Engineering, Afeka.
• Loves tennis and cooking – especially baking pizza for family and friends.

• Served as VP Product, Strategy, Alliances & Business Development at Synaptics, Marvell, and Tenstorrent with Sr. Director roles at GlobalFoundries and NVDIA.
• He holds M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University.
• Gaurav enjoys golfing, skiing, reading, and listening to podcasts.

• Sharon is an experienced Chief People Officer and Business Partner growing talent and culture in the Israel tech sector Celeno, Tango, and AVG Technologies. She is ultra focused on employee engagement, leadership coaching and team building as well as core HR functions.
• She holds an MBA from Manchester University, Israel, and BA in Sociology from Tel Aviv University.
• Sharon is passionate about mentoring, volunteering, and road cycling.

Irit served as Chief of Staff at the Ignite Startup Accelerator Program, overseeing operations across hubs in Israel, Europe, the UK, and the U.S., and as Director of Operations at Granulate, Cloud Optimization Solutions. She brings expertise in business strategy and finance, project management, and scaling organizations.

• She holds an M.A. in Business Economics & Finance and a B.A. in Economics & Management from Bar-Ilan University.
• Beyond work, Irit is an avid traveler who stays active in sports, enjoys music and art, and bakes sourdough bread.
